How can I make an account?
If you are not yet registered as a customer you can make an account by clicking MY ACCOUNT on the top right-hand corner of the website. Follow the instructions to create a new account. You can then login to order items through the website.
How can I alter my personal information?
Click on MY ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner of the website to login into your account. Here you can make changes to your provided personal information.
Any personal information you provide is used exclusively to provide you with optimal service. Your personal information is never used for any other purpose or given to third parties.
How can I change my shipping address?
In your account page you can modify shipping address for sending items, such as, your work address. It is also possible to separate billing and shipping addresses.
Place an order
How do I place an order?
Follow these steps to place an order :
1. Surf the collection on www.mycottondream.com Click on the item you like.
2. Here you’ll find more information on the product. You can now place the item in your shopping cart.
3. To order, select your size, colour or design and the quantity and then click the “ add to cart” button.
4. You can now click on your shopping cart. You’ll see the article in the size, colour or design you choose. You can still adjust the quantity. You can also choose to by clicking at the bottom of the page “CONTINUE SHOPPING” or you can place your order by clicking on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
5. Continue shopping: you are directed to our SHOPPING PAGE or you can click on the logo at the top left corner to returned to the HOMEPAGE. Repeat the above instructions to add more items to your shopping cart. On the top right of the page you’ll see how many items you have in your shopping cart.
6. Payment: when you are done shopping click the “Checkout” button on the shopping cart page.
7. The following page allows you to register an account, or login if you already have one. You can also choose to place an order without making an account. After you’ve made a choice you can continue towards the Checkout Page
8. On the Checkout Page you can adjust your billing and shipping details. Once completed click “Continue with Payment”.
9. On the payments page you can choose different payment options. Choose your preferred option, confirm that you have read and accept the Terms & Condition by clicking the box and then click “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT”.
10. The “Order Review” page gives you an oversight of your order. Is everything filled in correctly? Click “Complete Purchase”. You will now be guided through the secure payment system. Follow the onscreen instructions.
11. If the payment is successful your order will be saved and a confirmation email will be sent.
How do I cancel or return an order?
We will always accept any return of goods within 7 days of the delivery date as long as the packaging is intact or the items have been re-packed to an acceptable standard (in their original packaging) to allow us to return of the product to the factory.
Should the product be faulty or not to specification, we will replace the item or refund monies. Goods which are made to order, embroidered, used goods or made to measure are non-returnable.

Goods are to be returned at the expense of the customer if they are ordered in error or not suitable providing they have not been used and are packaged in original state within 7 days of delivery date.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free if your order is above CHF 99.-
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders that are in stock are delivered within 2 to 3 days except for customized orders that require 30 days delivery time (example embroidered or customize bed linen). We will send you an email on the day of dispatch. Your goods will be sent via a CH courier service and should arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excludes weekends and Bank holidays). If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave you a card with their contact details so you can arrange a suitable delivery date.
Do you ship internationally?
If you live outside of Switzerland, please place your order by phone or email (do not order via the website) and we will reply to you with delivery cost and time to your desired country.
