Returns & Refunds

We always accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, as long as the packaging is intact or the items have been re-packed to an acceptable standard (in their original packaging), so that we can return the product to the factory.

If a product is faulty or not to specification, we will replace the item or refund your money.

Goods that are made to order, embroidered, used or made to measure cannot be returned.

Goods ordered in error or found unsuitable are returned at the customer’s expense, provided they have not been used and are packaged in their original state within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refunds are made to the payment method used at checkout. Once we have received and checked your return, we will confirm the refund by email.
