My Cotton Dream will always do its utmost to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, and we will try to help wherever possible.

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 days except for customized orders that require 30 days delivery time (example embroidered bed linen). We will send you an email on the day of dispatch. Your goods will be sent via a CH courier service and should arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excludes weekends and Bank holidays). If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave you a card with their contact details so you can arrange a suitable delivery date.
We will always accept any return of goods within 7 days of the delivery date as long as the packaging is intact or the items have been re-packed to an acceptable standard (in their original packaging) to allow us to return of the product to the factory.
Should the product be faulty or not to specification, we will replace the item or refund monies. Goods which are made to order, embroidered, used goods or made to measure are non-returnable.

Goods are to be returned at the expense of the customer if they are ordered in error or not suitable providing they have not been used and are packaged in original state within 7 days of delivery date.
Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.
All information provided by you when you place an order with us is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “User Information”. When you provide any User Information you are representing and warranting that all the information provided is true and correct and you agree to indemnify My Cotton Dream for any losses, costs, expenses or damages that My Cotton Dream may suffer if any of this information is not correct.
By sending us your User Information, you agree to grant My Cotton Dream the right to disclose aspects of your User Information. If any User Information provided by you is inaccurate, or if you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, My Cotton Dream retains the right to terminate your rights to purchase goods or services from this Web Site.

My Cotton Dream reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any goods, an error in the price of the goods description posted on this Web Site, or an error in your order. There may be reasons why My Cotton Dream cannot fulfil your order. Therefore, your contract with My Cotton Dream only comes into existence when My Cotton Dream advises you by email that it has accepted your order and receipt of your payment has been confirmed. Once you place your order and full payment is made, you agree that you are not entitled to withdraw or modify your commitment made for the purchase of any goods from this Web Site for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.
All unpaid or incomplete orders are automatically deleted from our system in 28 days. Any orders that cannot be completed due to address queries, out of stock items or otherwise will be refunded and cancelled if we do not receive a response from the customer within 28 days of us informing them of any issues.
Prices of all My Cotton Dream goods, delivery and other charges displayed on this Web Site are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability of goods may change from time to time.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by Swiss government or agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value-added tax imposed on any goods acquired or ordered by you from this Web Site.
