Terms and Conditions of use

We deliver to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Items in stock are delivered within 2 to 3 business days, except customised orders, which require 30 days (for example embroidered items). We will email you on the day of dispatch.

Your goods are sent by a Swiss courier service and should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card with their contact details so you can arrange a suitable delivery date.

If you live outside Switzerland, please order by email or phone and we will reply with the delivery cost and time to your country.

We always accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, as long as the packaging is intact or the items have been re-packed to an acceptable standard (in their original packaging).

If a product is faulty or not to specification, we will replace the item or refund your money. Goods that are made to order, embroidered, used or made to measure cannot be returned.

Goods ordered in error or found unsuitable are returned at the customer’s expense, provided they have not been used and are packaged in their original state within 7 days of the delivery date.

All information you provide when you place an order is referred to in these terms as “User Information”. By providing User Information, you confirm that it is true and correct. If any User Information is inaccurate, or if you breach these terms, My Cotton Dream may refuse further orders from you.

The goods offered for sale by My Cotton Dream are only available to individuals who can enter legally binding contracts. They are not available to persons under 18 years old or anyone else legally prohibited from entering binding contracts.

Any order you place on this website is an offer to purchase goods at the advertised price at the time you place your order.

My Cotton Dream may accept or reject an order for any reason, including the unavailability of goods, a pricing or description error on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with My Cotton Dream only comes into existence once your payment is confirmed and we have confirmed your order by email.

Orders that cannot be completed because of address queries, out-of-stock items or other issues will be cancelled and refunded if we do not hear back from you within 28 days of informing you of the issue.

All prices on this website are in Swiss francs (CHF), include Swiss VAT, and are current at the time of publication. Prices and availability may change at any time.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by your country.

Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure, encrypted checkout page. My Cotton Dream never sees or stores your card details.

This website is owned and operated by My Cotton Dream SNC. By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to these terms, as amended from time to time, and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. By purchasing any goods from this website, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms. My Cotton Dream may amend these terms at any time, and amendments take effect immediately. Continuing to use this website after an amendment means you accept the amended terms.
